Yes, we always give you the option to cancel at any time. We understand that your company's needs may change, so we don't lock you into long-term contracts. Of course, we encourage you to contact us to determine an appropriate time and form of migration (e.g., to other packages or to an on-premises solution) if needed.

Of course, you can! We offer a self-hosted option on your own servers, private clouds or dedicated Platform.sh environments. For large companies with their own IT department, this can mean more control over security and infrastructure. If you don't want to deal with the hardware, we can also host the solution for you.

The Starter and Pro plans have fixed limits (e.g., number of users, GB capacity, and server parameters such as CPU and RAM). With the Enterprise version, we switch to individual contracts - you can scale resources virtually without limits. Thanks to Drupal and automatic scaling, we can handle both 50 and 50,000 users while maintaining high performance.

For security, we use data encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We also regularly scan Drupal modules for vulnerabilities and add advanced backups in the Enterprise version.

Where is the data stored? If you choose Droptica hosting, the data is stored in data centers that meet the latest security standards (e.g. ISO 27001). With the self-hosted option, you can choose the server room and region.
